Hiring Process

Qualified applicants are invited to apply to any posted position. Once your application is submitted, your experience will be reviewed against the skill requirements of the job. RGO is an equal opportunity employer. We appreciate the interest of all applicants, and those selected for an interview will be contacted.

If you are a potential candidate, a HR representative will contact you for a pre-screen and/or to schedule an interview. There may be more than one interview as part of the selection process. Once the interview process is complete, the HR representative will check references. If you are the successful candidate, you will be contacted by the HR representative to discuss a verbal offer of employment, which will be followed by a hard copy offer of employment.

Recruitment Fraud

RGO is aware that some job seekers have been offered false employment opportunities from an individual claiming to represent or be affiliated with RGO. This individual will often request the applicant to divulge personal information and provide funds to further the recruitment process.

Please note that neither RGO nor any of the organizations that recruit on our behalf will ever ask for payments from anyone seeking employment with RGO at any point during the recruitment and/or selection process. All individuals who are offered employment with RGO are always required to go through a formal recruitment process, including a meeting in person with a RGO representative for an interview before any formal offer is made.

We take recruitment fraud very seriously, and pass all information relating to such activities to the appropriate authorities.
